  So I stopped here to get a protein pocket, and found all the ingredients proportionate. But the rap was loose, and fell apart while I was trying to eat it. This was the first Subway I've ever seen a digital kiosk where you can order your food from... I found that interesting and concerning. The store was super clean, and the staff was friendly.

  I used the kiosk for the first time today. I ordered my food at the same time as my daughter. She got her food and then 2 others that came in after me got their food. I thought I did something wrong so I approached an associate. Before I could explain that I thought I messed up, the associate got rude and called out my name asking if that was me. She told me, "Im working on it but I am helping these men since they were here first." They weren't first but I didnt care, they were soldiers. I dont appreciate the way she addressed me or humiliated me in front of an entire room full of people. Then she rudely called out my name and made a comment about my food being done. That upset me. I was not only late to work but when I opened my sub, it is basically all bread. It doesn't have all I ordered on it. I've been a resident of Dalton for years and come to the establishment often but I won't anymore. My neighbors and people I know were there. Your employee needs to understand what customer service is and how to be kind. The conversation was started because I thought I messed up, not because I thought she messed up. But that's what she assumed and made me look stupid in front of everyone. I understand she was busy but that is not an excuse to be rude. A soft answer from her and we could have discussed that I thought I messed up with my ordering.
