  Genuinely horrible we had got a relatively big order for 4 people tbf but we were missing 2 fries one of the wing flavor was wrong in ever order of wings my chicken was undercooked giving me food poison there was some employee js sleeping right by the drink machine 2 of our ranches had got subbed for blue cheese and there was a bug crawling right by the straws

  Good food. Nice atmosphere. Horrible service. I've gone here multiple times. They're constantly forgetting drinks. The level of seasoning on the fries varies heavily. One time you're getting just the right amount the next time it feels like they didn't even season them. This also happens with the the amount of seasoning you choose they have a brownie when you order online yet they seem to have removed it in stores. When you order it, they will not give you a refund other than that I recommend

  STALE BUNS. Boo. No way kitchen staff didn't feel two buns were stale, that's straight up apathy and not caring about the customer's experience. That's how you lose customers. Order was made at 1 p.m. on a Friday, how are buns stale at the time? The bottom part of two buns were hard and not edible. Chicken sandwich was great, except those stale buns. Not sure if I'll order from here again.

  Disgusting old overpriced food chicken was so old it was like a rock if your going to charge this much atleast have it be fresh
