    I just had some of the best customer service at the Cuy Falls UPS store I’ve ever had in my life from manager Chad and associate Katie (I’m praying I got those names right!) had trouble with a two pronged Amazon return-third party seller issue and Chad called Amazon for me, got hung up on, called back, persevered for a half hour and got me a full refund, shipping reimbursed, AND kept my item! He went above and beyond and Made my Day!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

    I had a difficult time finding the store since the company that is doing construction around decided to rip down all the store names. Anywho, I called and Katie helped me out and she was really nice. I walked in and Logan W. helped me out and both were great!

    6/16/26 around 2:40 PM area watch camera Extremely embarrassing, first impression, professionalism, lack completely in this store I walked in, was not greeting any way shape or form just the main look of two employees one named Logan skinny and the other name Kate bigger girl Was pink hair Just returning my Wi-Fi box, but not a single word of any form of greeting strange looks, and then Kate decided to interfere with Logan to tell him jokes, while in the middle of working with me which I found to be unprofessional Next, a customer walks saying that she knows I’m assuming and she was all happy and lovely to talk to for her but still did not speak a single word to the black customer nor did Logan with that happy energy Just got treated my color virtually kate Next decided to tell the woman how she got a bad Google review from someone and was bragging about it and the most arrogant disrespectful fashion, and thinking that that was a proper way to say things out loud, especially when there’s a customer in the room whom you were really rude to and not grateful along with Logan Cam is the Manager of the store, you should probably let these people go her first because she’s OK with bragging about bad reviews like she will brag about this one later too. This professionalism is insane of this place probably not the best environment for these two to work. Confused why the manager allows this 6/22/25 still no response from the owner, but I’ve noticed the owner has responded to other people interesting. This must be the way of this store Do not go to this location anymore anyone avoid

    Logan was so helpful!! I had a large order to ship out and Logan made the process so easy. I came in right before closing and did not feel rushed at all. What a pleasant person and hard worker, they went above and beyond for me. I didn’t catch the managers name on shift but she was also a lovely person and helped another customer right at closing. Highly recommend!

    Don’t go here. Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced and i don’t even think the workers know their trade. Also, don’t go to the Talmadge, Steubenville, or Northfield stores - it’s the same ownership. I brought in 2 packages. Amazon Returns that i could only drop off at a UPS Store. Package #1 was a small box. I taped it up well but the person behind the counter said the box wasn’t a “shipping box”. I gave her a confused look and she insisted that it “won’t hold up during shipping”. She offered me a bag for $2.50 or a box that would cost even more. If the box i taped up well failed, it would become a bag!! Ridiculous… Package #2 was furniture. It came with cushions that were vacuum sealed so they could fit it into a box. Well, i don’t have a vacuum sealer or replacement bag. I brought the original box in and asked her what i should do. She started out by saying “first, we can’t ship anything bigger than 150 inches”. This furniture, when assembled, is 74” at its largest. But right now it is in pieces… why was she trying so hard not to help me? The box was 44 inches at its largest. I asked her if she sold a box big enough for it and she said “no”. I couldn’t believe it. She made no attempt to help get it shipped. I left, but i mistakenly left the small box on the counter. Her only words to me were “the bag is $2.50” meaning that i owed her money. I took everything and left. I went to another UPS Store (not named above) and they took package #1 with no questions. They offered help with package #2 to get it shipped. Night and day difference. Don’t go near this place!!! The positive reviews are likely bots or paid promotion. Believe the bad reviews.
