  I placed a mobile order for a footlong on flatbread. Not only was the sandwich not toasted (which is standard for all flatbread sandwiches) but it wasn't even cut. At least all the ingredients I asked for were on the sandwich but it seems that staff members feel like they can get away with doing a bad job since you can't watch them as they make your order.
