  The store representative was wonderful. We accomplished more in this one visit than hours on the phone with customer and a visit to another store. The representative not only helped get the port number we needed but took the extra step of updating the account for easy access in the future. He was so kind and we weren't buying anything. He didn't need to help but he solved all our issues. We gratefully appreciate the kindness shown at this store and recommend this store for Cricket.

  Went to Cricket store and was looking for better deal on fixed income Ernest the manager got me on a 35.00 a month plan with unlimited data. Then there was a promotion with ATT for home internet reduced from 47.00 a month to 35.00 a month. Two separate plans got me the phone service I wanted and needed for a more affordable plan and internet with ATT for a total of 70.00 when I was paying 60.00 with only 50 Gs of Hotspot data. Got my cake and get to eat it. Thanks Ernest

  Genuinely phenomenal service from Ernest today. He was an absolute champion in trying to help me sort out the insanely weird issue my phone is having. Went above and beyond in every way. Thank you again Ernest!

  Jojo was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She helped me replace a completely busted 10yr old phone with no screen access. She made the process much easier than I ever could have expected!!
