  This is the nicest small Subway I have encountered. A little hole in the wall place, but it was spotless, and had the feel of a mom and pop place. Sandwich was good, and the veggies were well above average for a Subway. Lettuce was green and the tomatoes were nice, and stacked neatly in the bin. Bottled drink selection was limited, but adequate, as was the selection of chips.

  I have order multiple times from this specific location because it's in my hometown.. but every time I give him another chance they screw it up.. I ordered the honey mustard barbecue sub with rotisserie chicken.. they put the wrong Chicken in it.. and it's cold as hell.. and then they tried not to give me my drinks and my chips that I paid for through the app.. this location needs to get their crap together or hire some new people.. iworking customer service.. making food for others and I make sure that their order is made to their specifications if not I always remake it immediately for them.. this is sad.. this is also why I end up going to the piqua location where it's farther out of my way because they actually know how to make the sandwiches right.

  Can't stop raving about the porter house steak. Great service. Love the wine list.

  Horrible and nasty, meat was gross, staff was RUDE AS CAN BE . They need to get rid of the guy at the counter . If you hate your job find another job. ? I would literally drive to another towns subway before returning here . If I could give a -5 star I would.

  My favorite of all the Subway sites is this one in Covington, Ohio. For me, this place is like "Cheers". They are happy and friendly, they remember and greet their regulars and know what those customers usually order. Food is great and the place is clean and organized.
