  The young man at this store was very helpful with helping me fix my phone and even gave me a good discount on a case. He was willing to help le even though I don't have cricket as my service-. I will be switching from spectrum after this month bill due to how kind the people are and they even beat the monthly price

  Seriously had the BEST experience at Cricket Wireless! Jennifer was amazing from start to finish, super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. She made everything so quick and simple and helped me get exactly what I needed without any stress. You can tell she actually cares about helping customers and not just making a sale. 10/10 recommend 🙌

  2 Star for our negative experience with one of the female workers, not sure what her name was, but all she tried to do was hustle us into buying a more expensive phone, 5 stars for Aron who we got today, he was very helpful and we were able to resolve our issue for $10 instead of the $25 the female worker was tryna swindle us into,
