Reiterating what many others have said… rude owner saying I cannot drop a prepaid label package….at UPS drop off location. Ranting about PirateShip. Sir, take that up with UPS corporate and stop treating your customers this way. Will be reporting this location to UPS Corporate. Avoid this location if you can!!

Horrible store. I went to drop off two UPS next day air packages with prefilled labels that I bought from UPS for my company. This was business mail. I was told by the coked up worked at the front that they are not allowed to accept these types of packages due to “fraud” which after reading a lot of these reviews seems ironic. He proceeded to cut open the mailing slip of my package with a knife and failed to explain the reasoning why he was doing so. He said it was because the driver and sorting facilities cannot access the slips to get their portion of the shipping document. When I pointed out that there is a resealable opening at the bottom of the envelope he said “yeah no that doesn’t work”?? I’ve been shipping more than weekly for over 6 months at a drop off location that was removed near my office. I was told by him as well that the franchise consultant, whoever that is, was the one pioneering this refusal of their own packages. Horrible service, horrible location, and employees who seem to have no idea what they are doing, what real processes are, and how to run a franchise. I even spoke to UPS corporate multiple times and was told that their way of doing things is very wrong and I reported the store. Do NOT go here.

Service is excellent. I have used this UPS store a number of times. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. This particular store is not especially close to where I live, but I trust the service there 100%
Refuses pickup unless you buy labels from him. Wouldn’t recommend this franchise at all.
If you are looking to get something notarized, don't bother with this UPS store. They advertise that they have a notary, but once you walk in, they will tell you it's only on tuesdays and wednesdays 1-2pm. Then it turns out that their notary does not notarize car titles due to... LIABILITY reasons!
So here is the kicker. If you are a notary in the State of Ohio, you are a public servant and are required to provide services for any lawful, reasonable request from the public. Citing vague "liability" reasons could be interpreted as avoidance of public duty and have legal consequences. Or, their notary simply doesn't know how to notarize a simple document, since they are afraid of liability for DOING THEIR JOB.
If an auto mechanic (and I am one) only worked on cars one hour a day twice a week, and during that time frame refused to fix cars because he was afraid of a liability if he broke something, he would be worthless to the community as a mechanic.
This UPS store may not be totally worthless, but in terms of notary services it most definately is. But judging from other reviews, they don't do so well with packages either.
