No one was there to notarize we were told she would be In at 2 so we come back at 2:20 she’s still not there waited another 20 min and she still hadn’t shown up. Hire people who are going to actually do their job and show up on time.

I recently moved here from Texas, and I can honestly say that I’ve had a much better experience at this location than at the stores I visited in Texas. I regularly visit this store for shipping and returns, and the team is always welcoming from the moment I walk in, even when they are busy helping other customers. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They have been especially helpful with returns, including Happy Returns, when I occasionally lose or don’t have my return barcode. The staff is patient and always does their best to help me. I also really appreciate how quick and efficient they are. They process my shipments and returns without wasting my time, which allows me to get back to my other work quickly. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable shipping, professional packing, quick service, and excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such a great experience!

This staff person was so consumed by her phone, she gave me the printed tracking info sheet of another person, including the shipper's and recipient's addresses, names, etc. I certainly don't want my personal information handed out so carelessly.
