  I had a terrible experience with the guy who is a notary in this location, the Black man with glasses. First of all, he made us wait a long time even though the store was empty. He even helped customers who came in after us. Then, when it was time to sign, he came around looking annoyed and said “SIGN” with a raised voice to my relative who wears a hijab and was completely disrespectful towards her. He was also on the phone speaking loudly while notarizing, just unprofessional. UPS, DO BETTER !!!!

  DJ did a wonderful job being transparent with me about packaging and pricing to ship my artwork. I did not decide to ship with UPS due to pricing however I did return for packaging. DJ secured my fragile packaging and was very courteous with including me in the process showing me how the packaging was secured. He also was manning the store alone and keeping contact with all customers as well. Great customer service by DJ at this location.

  Extremely unprofessional this associate named DJ was on the phone Well, he was notarizing my paper and he had the audacity to make rude comments about me.

  I’ve never had a problem shipping and the staff is nice always. I’d rather go here than the post office any day

  This UPS store has an amazing printing group! I printed my seating chart out here and they were so kind. They were also so patient helping my mother figure out the documents on her phone she wanted printed. We would recommend them to anyone. The quality of the print, which was on a shiny paper. Was great!
