  Super rude. Told me they didn’t print labels when my return says scan and print at location. Also told me to have my box taped- but some locations prefer to tape it themselves. The female Worker has terrible energy - rude.

  As someone who has frequented this location several times over the last decade, I felt compelled to share a review after my visit this evening. The staff is great. You can tell they truly appreciate their ability to help others. While I've had many great interactions, tonight's visit was exceptional. This location is rather small. Upon walking in, I realized that with over 7 people waiting, it wasn't going to be a quick trip. There was only one person working, but he was quick and efficient. He helped folks print while also helping people ship and claim packages. He was friendly but knew he had a line, nearly out the door, of people to help. He had a solid can do attitude the entire time and provides his undivided attention to each customer he worked with. Always a great visit at this place and tonight put it all in perspective.

  UPS delivers a life-saving medication for me and somehow ALWAYS delivers it late even when it's supposed to be next day or 2 day shipping. Useless.
