This store is very irresponsible. Last month, they lost my daughter's license and passport. (Two of the most important documents you can mail.) It was supposed to be overnighted. The package was found and mailed to me (a week later), yet I was never credited my $169.00 expedited fee. They continue to give me the run- around. Unethical business practices. They are deceitful. Go to a different location. I wish I did.

Our new local UPS store in Westpoint Plaza is a wonderful addition to our community. I have been in there 4 times. Always the one young lady working. Very efficient and effective! Very refreshing after dealing with so so many idiots and lazy people in other local businesses.
