  I’m having a horrible time working with this branch. I asked for a quote and somehow they charged me for insurance when I never agreed to coverage. I reached out multiple times looking to cancel and my messages were consistently ignored. The staff is VERY unresponsive and take weeks to get back to you.

  This agency has been fine BUT I have a claim with Allstate is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I have a lot of hail damage that happened 5 months ago and my car still isn't completed due to them dragging their feet. This has been the worst experience. I will ne switching companies due to the lack of competency.
