  Would have been nice to have subway... Drive-thru light was on, store was open.Sat for 12 minutes in the drive-thru, no response, tried calling the store, pick up and hang up, then it just rang, pulled up to window, no store associates in sight, knocked on the window several times - never saw an employee behind the counter or in the whole store. Lost my future business

  Ordered online from them on 11/30/18 and went to pick it up at 7:15pm and they were closed, I called them the next day and they were not apologetic and basically refused to refund my money so I reached out to their Corp office on Monday and was told they would reach out to the owner and to wait 48 hours; as of today no one had reached out to me so I called the Corp office back and told them I never heard from the owner, they said they would reach out again and to wait another 48 hours, this is beyond frustrating and I will never give them anymore of my business.

  They never acknowledge you at the drive-thru! Will continue to look at you out the window and not approach..I purposely sat there to see how long it would take for them to speak to me..17 minutes! Then act like it's my fault for not coming in! Why is there even a drive-thru?
