  Whoever the manager was today was miserable. I came in for the 5.99 special. But because I insisted on adding two additional items he charged me $2 for extra cheese I guess because he didn’t have a button. There was an attitude from him about it seemed, but there’s a bit of a language barrier, so maybe not. Subway isn’t what it used to be and it’s strictly due to these franchise owners. They’re on such thin margins so they penny pinch customers to make up for it while selling pretty low quality food. Consider my lesson learned. It wasn’t especially gross, but just cheap quality chewy bread, cheap “cheese” and oddly strict on toppings compared to what subway used to be.

  I placed a mobile order and chose to pick up here. When I was in the store, one of the staff was just working on filling the dishes with another one was serving the in store customers. I saw my sub was ready in their working place, while nobody put it in pick-up shelf or pass it to me. I waited for 15 minutes. After the staff finished serving all in store customers then she gave me the sub. If this is the serving, why would I choose order online in advance and pick up?

  Overall the greatest service received by Indra Came in with an online order, it didn’t go through. We had deals. He tried everything to find that deal for us and help, even told us we could try to call the store down the street and gave the number and waited (no other customers present) for me to call to verify they didn’t receive it. Such overall a great service.

  Used to work at Walmart. Went to this Subway quite often during my lunch breaks. Nice location with great food and great service
