  This place on Dempsey and Westerville Rd is the worst. They are always making mistakes, not following order instructions, giving delivery drivers the wrong order. I sat and watched the app, there was one driver assigned to pickup the order I placed thru the Subway app. By the time the driver got there, they claim the previous driver picked it up. They obviously didn't confirm order details and then wanted to argue with the driver instead of correcting their mistake and remaking the order.

  I order extra cheese and didn't look like extra cheese. Then I wanted to side of sauce. Didn't get any on my sub and I was told I could only get one. She was nice to give mayo packets. That wasn't an issue. when I arrived back to work ready to eat. The bread was so old, so I just ate the tuna out of it. SMH of course I didn't have time to go back. So I suffered. The veggies, and tuna was perfect. Oh, the cookies looked old, I remember saying to my self how long have they been there. So I'm not surprised about the bread.
