  This is a brand new location considered Obetz on alum Creek Drive. Brand new shiny location. I wish I could say the same for their employees. We encountered two young women and one young man all probably in their early 20s. We wanted to dine in. I asked first thing when we got there because they are supposed to be open till 11:00. The two young ladies were reluctant to say yes. After having said yes the boy decided to say 15 minutes only 15 minutes 15 minutes and it was 9:30 p.m. I should also start off by saying when we first arrived you could see inside the building behind the counter where they make the sandwiches over to a window The floor was littered with trash plastic white paper blue paper or plastic there was just trash everywhere. Second off I should say that these are not customer service representatives they are not friendly they were rude and disrespectful to say the least. The ice machine was out of ice they did not even offer to fill our cups with ice. Third I would like to say that I ask what size the cups were when they proceeded to take two cups set them on the counter and then charge me an additional $2 for the cups on top of already charging me the combo prices for the meals the combo prices include the price of the drink but we were charged $2 extra for cups and they were not large cups. They were two very simple sandwiches both turkey both provolone not toasted with tomato and mayo. The one girl who is making the sandwiches move the sandwich to the second part of the station which is normal however the girl who had been at that part of the station who was preparing orders to go took the first sandwich and put it in the oven after I stated I did not want either one toasted they were about ready to place the second sandwich in the oven when I said no. When being asked what toppings I wanted on the one sandwich I said Well I don't know where my first sandwich went but it's supposed to have tomatoes and mayo repeating it again and I repeated it another time that the other sandwich was supposed to have tomatoes and mayo and I said light on the mayo for the second sandwich and then a little honey mustard the sandwich was drowned in it. We were charged $23 for 2 ft long combo meals. After having received such rude service from these employees as well as the fact they did not want us to stay to dine in, Not filling the ice machine or offering us any ice and charging us two extra dollars just for cups, We will never be returning to this location. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. I give good honest reviews and this is my honest review. I will be placing a call in the morning to the management or to corporate office if necessary about this.

  We ordered via the drive through. The ladies were so kind and understanding. The subs were made perfectly and toasted just right. The board was easy to see and the speaker was at the perfect level, not to loud nor crackling.

  There’s no point in building a new location and have 2 drive thru lanes if the workers aren’t going to wear headsets and actually attend to the drive thru

  This was a super clean Subway. And, the subs were piled high with all the yummy fixings. I love a good Subway!
