If zero stars was possible I’d give it they legitimately put 3 tiny tiny pieces of the chicken teriyaki chicken on my sub and when I asked why they didn’t give me a normal portion size to put some more chicken on it they legit tried to charge me for EXTRA CHICKEN. WHEN I JUST WANTED THE STANDARD. My entire sandwich was bread and sauce hardly any meat. Here’s the picture to back it up. They need new people in there or something absolutely crazy.

Ordered a sandwich thru the app . Showed up to the store to pick up the order...store was closed. However it showed as open online and in the app. As well as the sign posted on the door. I attempted to refund my order thru the app.. after an entire month of emails back and forth with corporate, im now instructed to "dispute with my bank" ..
Today , since I was in the area I figured id stop by and provide my order confirmation as well as emails with dispute team and they were surprisingly not open again. (Altho online, app, and door states they should be open)
I would not ever order from this location via the app or online ever again, as they cannot be trusted to even be open , and a simple refund will take over a month to be resolved . Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and business practices at this location. AVOID.
I’ve ordered here a few times, I like to come here on my lunch break. Food is mid and cold, and they always mess up your order, especially if it’s online. Especially CUCUMBERS in my sandwich. Yall lucky I ain’t allergic but that’s still poopy and my food is tainted with cucumber taste now because I have to pick it off my sandwich. If you’re reading reviews go find another subway to eat at. 🌝

The woman making my sandwich was great, the lettuce was brown so I asked her to remove it and the woman asked the manager if they had new lettuce. She said no, I checked it and it was fine. I asked to have spinach instead because the lettuce was bad. The manager said no, you can't customize what I ordered. Rather than the manager either getting fresh lettuce or allowing a substitution she just made it without.
