  Very slow service. Only one employee during lunch hour. Not happy at all. It took one hr. to prepare my order.

  This was one of the most poorly made subs that I have received lately. All meat and cheese was just placed in the middle so I got bun with a little lettuce and mayo on my first two bites and last two bites. The worker also seemed annoyed at having to make my sub.

  delicious tuna sandwich = Italian herb cheese bread, pepper jack cheese, toasted, lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, green bellpeppers, red onions, oil, red wine vinegar, mayonnaise, sweet onion teriyaki, black pepper and salt, (sometimes pickle or jalapeño for spicyness, roasted garlic aioli, and oregano)

  I visited this location today to pick up dinner, and the customer service experience was very unpleasant. The employee who assisted me displayed an unprofessional attitude and was not cordial throughout the interaction. Even when I thanked her as she handed me my order, I received no response. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but when working in customer service, a basic level of respect and courtesy is expected. I hope this location can improve its customer service.
