  HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MEAT AND CHEESE??? 😂 I’ve been calling this store and no answer. Can’t leave a voicemail. They left my meat AND cheese off both subs in an online order 😭 no way to refund and they’re 25+ min away from me. I submitted a ticket days ago and I didn't even get a confirmation email for that. Gonna have to make the trip to get it refunded or remade because this is crazy. I had to put a pathetic chicken patty on mine lol 😂 was kind of good tho ngl I don’t mind an honest mistake but making it impossible to contact the store after that is a big red flag for me 🚩 also… how does that happen lol

  The food is disgusting, I gave this location a chance by ordering 4 different types of subs on different days & not a single one of them were good. Every one of them made me sick to my stomach & caused bathroom problems soon after. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone!

  Jaden is a subway artist! He made an amazing sandwich and was so kind and polite! Best subway experience ive ever had wish I could give it 10/5 stars

  I went through the drive through. Its happened twice in a row now where I ask for by sub to be toasted and they dont toast it. I dont know what type of magic code or special hat I need to wear for them to actually toast the sub. I've tried "can I please get it toasted" and "can you please make sure its toasted" and each time they say yes or no problem and they hand me a cold sub. Im just done at this point.

  The subway on Holt road by Kroger had stale buns ,server didn't have gloves no hair nets on,mouse traps on the floors , I took two bites ,wrapped my sub back up,set it on the counter and walked out the door , The nastesest Subway in Columbus. The sub bun crumbled,it was so stale.
