  Used to be an awesome Subway I’ve gone here for as long as I’ve lived in the short north but recently it was bought out by new owners and it’s gone to complete shit. Portion size is lacking majorly meat and veggies. And it seems like they fired everybody who worked here for years not impressed Not impressed

  The new management and owner are a price of work they are rude to customers no greeting and the place smell awful the old staff was better and they made the store feel welcoming these new people treat customers bad all they care about is money and they don’t care how they get it and there was a little mouse I saw running under the tables and soda machine

  The workers were very rude, the restaurant had a fowl smell. Not to mention the mouse that I saw outside the building. I used to love coming here but I will not be coming again. Ever since they got under New Management and Rose left it went downhill.

  This location is under new management, and they got rid of employees that had worked there, for like, decades. The new staff don't seem to know what they are doing. I ordered using the app and everything about the order was incorrect. I asked for a refund and they don't even know how to refund the order. I wouldn't recommend going here; you've been warned.

  This Subway used to be one of the best in Columbus. The employees were always friendly and the portions were good. Went in today and got the saddest excuse for a sandwich I’ve had the displeasure of paying for. Maybe 1/3 of the meat that you’d expect a standard sandwich to have.
