Rude worker claimed to be the manager, burnt sub kept being disrespectful like didn't even want anyone there just left due to it

I visited this Subway expecting a normal, basic level of customer service, but the experience was very disappointing. The employee who attended me did not speak Spanish, which by itself would not have been an issue if she had shown even a little patience or willingness to communicate.
Instead, her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. I was not asking her to speak my language, only for a bit of patience while I tried to place my order. Rather than making any effort, she responded with visible frustration, rude facial expressions, and an overall negative attitude.
To make matters worse, the way my food was handled reflected that same lack of care. Watching someone prepare your meal while clearly annoyed and making faces is uncomfortable and unacceptable in any food service environment.
Customer service should never depend on what language a customer speaks. It should be based on basic respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, this location failed in all of those areas.
I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a respectful or even minimally pleasant experience.

I hate this location , service is awful the Owner those do not honor the coupons , coupons that were mailed around the same zipcode! I will try to send an email to headquarters. What a waste of time!!! PLEASE EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE

This is by far the best subway. So friendly and they actually load the meat.

One of the rudest encounters I've ever had with a service member. It says they close at 11pm at night I had made an order at 9:54 pm through the subway all. when the doordasher had arrived to the store (which the subway app goes through) they had said they were closed. They then cancel my order (this is fine). I go to call and see why my order was canceled and the lady didn't pick up the phone and let it ring twice then when she picked up the phone she immediately hung up and when I called a final time she was extremely rude. The first thing she says to me is Were Closed in a snarky tone like she didn't want to deal with anymore customers today. When I then asked why would I be able to make an order through the app when you guys are closed she didn't give me a straight answer and just said it was because they are closed even though it says they close at 11 online...
