  I am reviewing the one on 700 Children's Dr Columbus Ohio and I am giving 1 star because of a few rare nice persons who served me sometimes. Most of the time, it's everything against customers rights or at least what customers money deserves. At this location, employees closed with no exaggeration 20min before closing time to have a time to serve their own dinners or whatever on front of the customers to who they were not courteous telling them WE ARE CLOSED! (See picture...)

  Didn’t read directions. Somehow ended up with extra toppings such as meat on my VEGGIE sub. Trash.

  This is a subway, not a 5-star restaurant. You are honestly mistaken if you come here for the quality over the convenience, and I’ve never seen a store get the foot traffic they do. I cut them slack as they do a good job all things considered. There have been times I have come just for them to be closed (especially in the evening before their closing time), but their employees have told me that it is such a revolving door with their staffing that it’s a miracle they aren’t closing much earlier much often.

  My child is admitted in children's we just went down there 15 minutes before closing had multiple employees on clock behind counter no one ordering or waiting for food they told us they closed early because they are short staffed

  Never open on posted hours. Multiple times I have waited and rang the bell in the morning (lights on, food out) and no one comes to help. Today waited 6 min, rang the bell 5 times and no one came. Awful.
