  You need a lawyer to understand all the terminology in your policy. My roof was damaged by wind and I received zero payout from Allstate. They said my policy contained some verbiage that I was responsible for the cost of my roof (RFP nonsense). With my high deductible and this RPF nonsense, I received nothing. Make sure you know what your policy pays out in a disaster.

  Sal and Emily were great! Sal called me immediately after requesting information for a quote for a house I am looking at buying. He won the best pricing by far on the home insurance. He wasn’t happy with the auto quote so he worked for over 40 minutes to make it all make sense and it was worth it! I was given more coverage and lower deductibles and it only cost me $20 more than what I was paying but to save over $700 a year for my home was where the real job well done came into place. Emily called me today to go over my coverages and made sure I understood them as well as letting me know about possibilities of an umbrella policy that I never even thought of. I’ve worked with about five different companies over the last ten years and this has been by far the best service to date. Keep up the great work!

  I switched offices from Georgia to Ohio and the Calhoun office was incredibly helpful making sure I adjusted my policies to meet my needs and weren’t paying for things that didn’t make sense. Kim is my go to agent, but all of the ladies in this agency are kind and helpful. I recommend checking them out and seeing how they may be able to help.
