  I came to Fedex with a delivery issue and Anita helped me out and was so kind! She honestly went above and beyond and was even cracking some jokes that were actually really funny. Made my whole day!

  I went to this place on Thursday morning, and the staff member who helped me with my boxes was incredibly kind. I was there with my son, who wanted to be carried all the way from the car to the place, while I was struggling with two large boxes. She noticed me inside the center, came outside, and offered to help. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but her kindness made a big difference to this mom. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

  The staff here is completely incompetent. A FedEx driver delivered a package for someone that hasn't lived at this address in almost a year (previous owners of the house who we don't know at all). Upon taking the package to have it returned to the send, I was told there was nothing that could be done about it since they can't scan the package back into the system. After about 5 mins of listening to them explain that they clearly don't don't care...I walked out leaving them with the package since it wasn't mine to begin with. This is exactly why we hate using FedEx, they are the living embodiment of the movie Idiocracy
