  Do not ship from here. They want to charge you to re pack your boxes. I tried return two larger boxes that were just delivered to me by FedEx. They wanted to charge me to re box them because there were scratches on the boxes! They also wanted to point out water marks on the boxes. Well FedEx delivered them to me in the rain. I wasn't aware that returning something through FedEx would be so difficult. They may be easier to deal with on smaller packages. Just don't have any scratches on the boxes. Good luck and God bless. Update: I took my packages to the Worthington location down the road. They were able to ship them with no issues. They didn't even ask about the boxes. The boxes were just fine to ship. That was the only reason I was upset. It looks like this is a problem with this particular location, not FedEx in general.
