The lady Janda or whatever her name is, at the counter doesn't seem to like people. She will do the least to help and will use the most expensive option. She should not be working with customers. I've never had a fedex customer service experience like this before. Usually they are super helpful and go above and beyond.

An awesome team that reps the organization well. Helped me over the phone and in the store.....they weren't bothered by my endless questions and mu vertical banner came out beautifully!

Not well run. I went in to get 4 pages printed out, sent an email and was told i would need to approve the quote and that there were people in line behind me and it would awhile, I use FEDEX all the time and usually if they have the pages they can print it out on the spot. I would not go here if you want your job done in a timely manner.
