  I found out that the girl who yelled at me and kicked me out is named Zuleny—the one whose photo appears three times in the posts. I asked her how I could apply for a job there, and she shouted at me, saying they weren't hiring and were fully staffed, and told me to leave. I shot back that I had only come to ask a question—not to ask for a handout—and she yelled at me to leave again. You can check the security footage; this happened today, August 12, 2026, around 4 PM. She was rude and insolent! I will never go back there for anything. It’s a disgrace! I hate to think how she treats the poor customers; this branch is a total disaster with her there! I’m going to file a public complaint about this abusive treatment! Acá abajo vi que la chica que me gritó y me botó se llama Zuleny, la que colocaron con la foto de ella 3 veces. Le pregunté que cómo podía buscar trabajo acá y me gritó diciéndome que acá no buscan más trabajadores que están completos que me fuera y le dije para atrás que sólo fui preguntarle que no le fui a pedir de gratis nada y me volvió a gritar que me fuera. Pueden verlo en las cámaras fue hoy 12/08/2026 a eso de las 4 pm. Fue atrevida y grosera! Más nunca iré ni siquiera a hacer algo. Es una pena!!! No me imagino con los pobres clientes es un fiasco con ella esta sede!!!! Trataré de hacer una denuncia pública por maltrato negligente!!!

  Because of Zuleny they will continue to lose customers at this station, it is a super disgusting customer service with her. It leaves a lot to be desired, he doesn’t even try to help and yells at the customers. Here I grabbed an image of her that they placed here and it’s her. I went to print for the first time and he told me it’s here: and if you make a mistake you’ll see. I was wrong because it was the first time and he shouted at me “I TOLD YOU IT WASN’T LIKE THAT” and left. I had to lose $30 trying to do it right because he didn’t want to help me. While I was trying with the machine since I was there for about 20 minutes, in the other corner another lady arrived with another doubt and yelled at her and the lady also yelled at her and left upset. They should fire her, the reviews I see here are only complaining about her too and it doesn’t help at all, I don’t know what she works there for if she does everything reluctantly and treats customers badly. How disgusting. Don’t come if you want to be yelled at and treated badly!

  Poor experience with a girl at fedex who has previous bad reviews written about her. I believe her name begins with a Z. There is a photo of her as well. Trash energy, poor customer service. I dropped off two items, each containing a qr code where they print the label for me and place on the box. She scanned both QR codes which printed out two labels by the front door. She is holding both of my boxes and hands me my receipt before placing the labels on the box. I told her I want to make sure she places the correct label on the box before I leave. This shouldn't be an issue, I'm being responsible. She immediately cops an attitude with me and says "I won't mess up". She tells me this label is for the big box and the other label is for the small box. As I am walking with her from the front door where the labels were printed she is muttering something under her breathe. Once we get back to the desk, she places the labels on the box. The fact that she had an issue with my verifying the correct label got on the box, shows her character. She did not mess up, but that's horrible business practice. If she did happen to mess up, there is no way I can prove that there was an error on her part and I'm the one that has to deal with two packages going to the wrong place. It would have been such a hassle. She could have easily accidentally placed the labels on the wrong box. I will dumb it down for her. Scan qr code, print 1 label, place on box. Then scan my next qr code, print label, place on box. This girl needs some training or needs to find a new job.   Usually a good store as long as the young black haired girl or the older blond woman are NOT there. Its a problem every time if they are.
