  I had an appalling experience at this FedEx location. The employee assisting me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and treated me with open disrespect simply because I am from a different country, while treating native American customers completely differently. She was visibly sick and handling materials, insisted on packaging my items herself just to charge an unnecessary $13 service fee, and completely ignored my explicit instructions regarding an urgent, time-sensitive gift for my sister. To make matters worse, my package was never delivered and is now completely lost. This location's blatant discrimination and incompetence are completely unacceptable, and I urge management to address this immediately.

  Quite literally had the best customer service experience with the help of Steve. Called in all the way from New York with a bit of an urgent project for next day pick up and needing some troubleshooting support with submitting my print project online and he was beyond patient, extremely helpful, while empathizing he even helped me find some humor in tech issues on my end! You don’t easily find this level of service and support anymore and I am very appreciative of his help getting my projects printed! Thank you so much, Steve!

  Dont go to this or any FedEx print shop. You can literally buy a printer and ink and print at home and still ave money. This place WAS a good alternative, but they have peiced themselves out of any semblance of affordability. 57 pages cost me $110 to print. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. EVER.

  I found out that the girl who yelled at me and kicked me out is named Zuleny—the one whose photo appears three times in the posts. I asked her how I could apply for a job there, and she shouted at me, saying they weren't hiring and were fully staffed, and told me to leave. I shot back that I had only come to ask a question—not to ask for a handout—and she yelled at me to leave again. You can check the security footage; this happened today, August 12, 2026, around 4 PM. She was rude and insolent! I will never go back there for anything. It’s a disgrace! I hate to think how she treats the poor customers; this branch is a total disaster with her there! I’m going to file a public complaint about this abusive treatment! Acá abajo vi que la chica que me gritó y me botó se llama Zuleny, la que colocaron con la foto de ella 3 veces. Le pregunté que cómo podía buscar trabajo acá y me gritó diciéndome que acá no buscan más trabajadores que están completos que me fuera y le dije para atrás que sólo fui preguntarle que no le fui a pedir de gratis nada y me volvió a gritar que me fuera. Pueden verlo en las cámaras fue hoy 12/08/2026 a eso de las 4 pm. Fue atrevida y grosera! Más nunca iré ni siquiera a hacer algo. Es una pena!!! No me imagino con los pobres clientes es un fiasco con ella esta sede!!!! Trataré de hacer una denuncia pública por maltrato negligente!!!

  Because of Zuleny they will continue to lose customers at this station, it is a super disgusting customer service with her. It leaves a lot to be desired, he doesn’t even try to help and yells at the customers. Here I grabbed an image of her that they placed here and it’s her. I went to print for the first time and he told me it’s here: and if you make a mistake you’ll see. I was wrong because it was the first time and he shouted at me “I TOLD YOU IT WASN’T LIKE THAT” and left. I had to lose $30 trying to do it right because he didn’t want to help me. While I was trying with the machine since I was there for about 20 minutes, in the other corner another lady arrived with another doubt and yelled at her and the lady also yelled at her and left upset. They should fire her, the reviews I see here are only complaining about her too and it doesn’t help at all, I don’t know what she works there for if she does everything reluctantly and treats customers badly. How disgusting. Don’t come if you want to be yelled at and treated badly!
