  Wow what great service! James was so friendly and outgoing. He used to manage another location on the Northside of Columbus, so even though he's a new face at this store, he knows what he's doing. Super funny and talk about knowledgeable. This is the only location I'll ever go. Update: This place has gone way downhill. James is no longer here and the people left are TERRIBLE!!! CRICKET DOESNT CARE ABOUT GOOD STAFF AND NEITHER DO THE FRANCHISE OWNERS OF THE STORES!!! Worst part is they dont have anything priced and I watched them sell the same item to multiple people at all different prices. The new owner must like to WAX people as much as possible. Never again will I spend my money here. This place is a joke!

  Cricket prefers new customers over existing customers as existing customers. I practically have to pay full price for a phone upgrade.you are not valued as an existing customer.
