  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Zabi and the kindness he showed my family during our stay! My kids and I were traveling from out of town when severe thunderstorms forced us to quickly find a hotel, and Zabi immediately made a stressful situation so much easier. He was incredibly kind, reassuring, and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a first-floor room by switching our room for us. His genuine care and friendliness made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We ended up staying an extra night due to the ongoing storms, but also because the room was so comfortable and the entire staff was wonderful. Zabi truly made our experience exceptional and is an absolute asset to this hotel. Thank you, Zabi, for taking such great care of me and my kids — we would absolutely stay here again!

  Zabi has great customer service. He was very polite. He’s attentive and patient. He took care of all our needs with no hesitation. Went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had the best stay possible. The hotel was clean and house keeping was very nice. They made sure our room had everything it needed. Thank you so much for such a pleasurable experience. We will be staying here again.

  The man at the front desk by the name of Mansoor K is very rude and disrespectful. I will be calling corporate to report that he has no customer service skills and should not be working front desk if he has the attitude he has. He’s more of a room cleaner instead!

  I had an excellent experience, and I want to give a special thank you to Zabi at the front desk for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Zabi was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. He accommodated my requests without hesitation and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. What impressed me the most was his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He answered all of my questions, offered helpful information, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout my stay. It is rare to find someone who is so dedicated to making guests feel welcome and valued. Because of Zabi’s exceptional service, my experience was much more enjoyable and stress-free. He truly made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. Employees like Zabi are a great asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. Thank you again, Zabi, for your outstanding hospitality and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with staff who genuinely care about their guests. I will definitely be returning in the future.
