  Services and room were ok but the elevator was broke and my elderly mother had to struggle to make it up steps. I wish I would have been notified before hand.

  If I could rate it a 0, I would. At check in, we found out the elevator was broken. After confirming there was no alternative elevator, the man at the desk said there was no staff to help carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs (traveling with young children). He tried to say guests were informed at booking that the elevators were out so they had a choice to go elsewhere- we were not. The room was booked same day, so it's not even like it broke after booked. A broken elevator is one thing; to baldface lie to customers (who are paying full price for accommodations that aren't even accessible) is a whole other.

  I would NOT stay again. I booked through Chase Travel. The elevator was broken the entire time, I had several checked bags and other luggage to carry up flights of stairs. My first room was musty and was moved to another room and it was still musty if the room wasn’t cold. The whole hotel smelled musty, even the staircase area. ALSO, my mini fridge did not work the first night. I would have changed hotels but I was attending a music festival and didn’t have time or the availability to move anywhere else. The front desk lady tried to do what she could, but you can’t automatically make the rooms smell better.

  This location needs new management just was a total shock at the rudeness and lack of care. The only elevator was out of service and our room was on the 3rd floor, which wouldn't be an issue except in our 70's, the staff could only apologize. The pool was filthy, the room had a toilet that ran all the time, the TV was locked into "Headset" audio, and if you called the front desk or zero nobody answered. The breakfast was quickly passed over to go to a family restaurant instead.

  the hotel itself is definitely dated and the rooms were nothing phenomenal compared to the renovated best westerns. we booked a king bed on expedia and when we got there there weren’t any king bed rooms available. we were told our bed was a queen but it couldn’t have been bigger than a double. the rooms themselves were clean and the staff were really nice though. i forgot something important in our bathroom and didn’t realize until the night we arrived home. i called them and housekeeping had my item which was awesome. they shipped it to me without any trouble and they were really sweet leaving nice notes on my box and cushioning my item inside. i don’t know if i’d stay again if i had the option to go somewhere else, but i can’t say anything bad about the staff. the location was good it was near stores and restaurants
