  I just wanted to provide feedback about the great service we got from you 2885 Cleveland ave store. We had a specialty part we needed. Website said it was in stock but we wanted to be sure. So we called and spoke with Adam. He didn't just check the computer. He went and pulled the item off the shelf to put eyes on it. Then he held it at the counter till we picked it up 2 hours later. This was awesome and we really appreciate the extra step to make sure the item was actually in the store. Might have saved our trip back to Florida

  Darius deserves a shout out from management he took the time to double check I needed the correct refrigerant even though I am EPA certified and was pretty sure. Attitude like that is what keeps customers coming back. He clearly cares about his job and the customer he serves. It’s very important that when a customer is confident that they double check and I was very satisfied with my transaction. Thanks again bro! 😎

  I went for an alternator check about 6:30 pm because my dashboard was showing battery sign after recently changed the alternator that I bought from this shop. And the manager told the guy not to do it for me that it’s late, even though it was far from being dark outside & the guy was not busy. The lack of empathy towards costumers could have made me lost my life for driving a car without knowing the state of the alternator. I was so pissed At advanced auto parts 2585 Cleveland av, Columbus Ohio

  Place an order online drove all the way 30 minutes to pick up the item and there is no item there and they’re gonna refund me my money after wasting all of my time
