  We have been there several times. We’ve asked for extra mayo and was told we aren’t not allowed to do that because they take it out of our paychecks from the manager Melissa. They have messed up our order a few times. But we have continued to try to support them but today was the last straw not only was the manager rude to us but the other customers as well everyone was quiet and in shock how she spoke to people! I told her my order three times because she was in a hurry to get to the next sub to make instead of focusing on the first one she needed to make. Then when I told her they forgot a cookie for my employee that just walked out before me and I handed the receipt to her showing it time stamp and all she would not give it to me. Very sad the manager of all people treats their customers like this and tells how they get their checks docked for giving out extra mayo and I told them feel free to charge me extra for it and she wouldn’t.

  Second time we've gotten food there in a week and both times completely disappointing. Asked for extra lettuce and toasted today and struggled to find any lettuce on the entire sub and it wasn't toasted. I've noticed that no matter how much of a topping you put down, this store will give you next to none of it. Update: Talked to manager - argued with us saying the order did not list toasted, but then later admitted it did. Blamed the lack of toppings on not getting enough in their shipment. Manager was unhelpful and dismissive. Poor service, incorrect orders, and no effort to fix issues.
