  Ordered two footlongs for my boyfriend and myself on their website for pickup on the way into work (both midnight shift). My boyfriend works a very busy role and rarely has time to eat, but when he got a chance to take a bite of his sub it had mayonnaise on it when the order specified NO mayonnaise. So, he didn't get to eat. The next day I tried calling the store and the number was out of service. So on the way into work I brought the entire untouched sub into the store and explained what had happened. I had to wait for the employee to call the manager, then wait for the manager to show up. Then was told the manager said there was nothing they could do because it was from the day prior. How about make the correct sub? Awful customer service and management. I had to submit a complaint on the corporate website and am waiting for a response because I can't find any number to call.

  Do not place an online order here especially if you’re ordering double meat or 50% more because you will not get it if you order online

  Lalil had a attitude and didn't listen to how I wanted my sub prepared. She gave me attitude. I'm the customer. I should be able to get less mustard if I don't want a lot.

  The way we was approached entering they just stared at us they didnt welcome us, subs made sloppy and veggies wasnt fresh at all Call to notify the manager they was getting a rush they would call back in 1 or 2 hours Never had a bad experience with subway & not liked it but last night clydes subway wasnt the greatest!

  The girl at the counter was amazing and very friendly 😁
