  I’ve dropped off a few returns here, and every single visit has been a breeze. Friendly employees, quick service, and reliable results. My most recent visit was earlier today. I made drop offs for several returns. Marrika and Samii assisted me today, and they were exceptional. So nice, efficient, and personable. I’ll continue to use this site for any returns or other shipping/printing needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at The UPS Store at 11459 Mayfield Rd in Cleveland. I needed to ship a laptop, and the staff was very helpful, professional, and careful with the packing. They made the whole process quick and easy, and I felt confident that my laptop was packed securely. This location offers many convenient services, including UPS domestic and international shipping, professional packing, laptop/electronics packing, package drop-offs, freight shipping, USPS services, mailbox rentals, printing and copying, scanning, faxing, notary services, shredding, business cards, flyers, banners, posters, binding, laminating, and packing/moving supplies. Excellent customer service and a very convenient one-stop shop. I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again. 5 stars!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service — Especially for Fragile Shipping I stopped at the The UPS Store at 11459 Mayfield Rd in Cleveland to ship some fragile items, and I was really impressed with how helpful the staff was. I was a little concerned about making sure everything was packed properly, but they took the time to explain the options and made the whole process easy. The store offers professional packing, custom boxes, UPS and international shipping, freight shipping, USPS services, and packing supplies. What I really like about this location is that it’s more than just a place to drop off a package. They also offer printing and copying, scanning, binding, laminating, banners and signs, business cards, graphic design, notary services, private mailboxes, mail holding and forwarding, shredding, faxing, and office/mailing supplies. The staff was friendly, patient, and professional, and I never felt rushed. My fragile shipment was handled carefully, which gave me peace of mind. Definitely a location I’ll come back to. Great people, convenient location, and a lot of services under one roof. Five stars from me!
