  Went to order a sub, all was fine until I went to pay and wasn’t even given an option to tip or not tip, it skipped straight to the payment and left a tip. I told the worker I didn’t tip and she refused to refund me and insisted that I tipped. I didn’t press a single button, I did not authorize this payment and will refute it with my bank.this is not acceptable because I did not want to leave a tip and the worker couldn’t care less.

  Don’t order food here the manager is rude and unprofessional. Don’t need to work in the food service industry.

  Service was great, but it looks a bit understaffed. Especially in the evenings, it appears that there is usually only one employee behind the counter. I can't help but worry about the worker's ability to tend to customers, as well as their safety while they are alone during the later hours.

  I’m a CSU student and I come here at least once or twice a week. I’m always greeted by a nice older gentleman who is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I always experience fast and hospitable service and a good sandwich. I have yet to have a bad experience.
