  Rude employees, they do not accept coupons apparently even though they are subway mailed coupons. Go to any other location these owners are awful

  Not the second third of fourth time they have made my food wrong and refused to remake it! I spent $50 plus dollars to have food delivered the driver that picked up the food gave my food to someone else and they still refused to remake my order! They are rude and incompetent! No one from Subway corporate returns calls or emails just chalk me for my money! I’m sick of it! Something has to be done! Always rude on the phone barely speaks English, and always refuse to fix what they mess up! Regardless if you have the recipient to prove the may it wrong! The way yall speak to people is insane! They show no respect for women the person I spoke to today laughed when I told him I wanted my sub remade!

  I wanted to leave a kind review for Mike at Subway store #12505-0 on Broadview Rd in Cleveland. My husband and I were out on a date in a part of town we were extremely unfamiliar with, and we needed somewhere safe to park for about 30–45 minutes. I went inside, introduced myself, and asked if it would be okay to leave our vehicle in their lot for a short time. Mike was incredibly kind and reassuring. I even offered to make a purchase so he wouldn’t get in trouble for allowing it, and he told me not to worry about it at all. In a world where people can sometimes be cold or dismissive, his simple act of kindness and understanding genuinely meant a lot to us. Subway is lucky to have such a respectful, compassionate, and professional young man representing their business. Employees like Mike are exactly the kind of people companies should value and hold onto. He deserves a raise for setting such a great example of kindness and customer service. Thank you again, Mike — your kindness did not go unnoticed. Reana

  I love Subway. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of them other than they can go a little heavier on the meat because it seem like sometimes you just order a veggie sandwich and Subway is always one of my number ones.
