  I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Kyle! He took his time making my sandwiches, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was completely satisfied with how everything was prepared before moving on. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making customers happy. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Subway should model the way they hire and train employees after Kyle because he sets the standard for what great service looks like. If he's not already a manager, he absolutely should be. He's professional, patient, friendly, and truly represents the business in the best way possible. Thank you, Kyle, for making my visit such a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

  Good place to eat, staff is nice. Working there isn't ideal. You have a lot of shifts by yourself Downtown
