How does your website say it closes at 9 but you closed the store 30 mins before you actually close. I feel like thats supper off putting and I can understand you wanna go home but like can you at least honor your hours or change it. Just got off work and wanted a quick sandwich but they want to be rude and denied me service soon as I walk in. I work in the restaurant industry and even though I wanna go home we must honor our hours. As I fellow food service member I’m disappointed and I hope yall change yall attitude towards Customers because without them you make no money.

I went to this location for the first time, and the staff was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating with my sub sandwich order. I’d love to visit again and would definitely recommend this place to satisfy your cravings!
I had a very disappointing experience at this location . The staff was dismissive and seemed uninterested in answering basic questions about the menu. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt brushed off and ignored. The interaction was so off-putting that I ended up walking out without ordering. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location fell short. I will not be returning.
Someone came up and locked the door as soon as we pulled up, half an hour before closing. Guy at the counter shook his head at us but did not otherwise communicate anything about why they were closed.

Went in at 8:40pm and they don't close until 9pm and he refused to serve us. Kicked us out the store when we made him aware his business didn't close until 9pm. I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. I will never come to this subway again, save your time and money. I feel like they are prejudice towards African Americans because he definitely spoke to my white friend in a different tone.There are plenty of other subways near.
