  I order online and everytime I do, they don’t put what I want on the sandwich. I asked for extra sauce on the sandwich so they put light. So i decided to go in and watch them make it. I ordered extra tomatoes online and the guy told me he wasn’t allowed to do that. When I told him that it is an option and that he is allowed to do it he decided to move extra slow. I probably could have made the sandwich faster from the other side of the glass. I do not recommend this location. They need a better staff.

  Staff on personal phones and ignoring orders , food line looks terrible and they are not paying attention to guests 😕. More worried about closing early , running to store next door while you have guests .. I have been here for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Nobody was in there, asked if we had a pickup. Told him no. He told us 20 mins, prioritizing pickup orders. Never a good experience here.

  At 8:30 I Ordered 2 subs and one was made incorrectly. When I returned to the store at 8:45 the doors were locked and the employees just stared at me and made faces mocking me. When I tried to call the store to get the food I ordered the two teen-age/young adults in the store continued to ignore me. The store was supposed to to be open for 15 more minutes and I extremely angry with my lack of order accuracy and their inability to even TRY to remedy the situation THEY created while I stood outside freezing in the cold. 1/10 never come to this subway
