  Leaving this review because Carrie was so helpful! I needed an express print job and when she wasn't able to answer my call, she called me back to get it sorted and did so quickly. It was very much appreciated!

  I visited this FedEx location around 2 PM to print several project documents. The lady who assisted me was courteous, accommodating, and helpful. However, my interaction with the supervisor was disappointing. When I asked to speak with him regarding a few questions, he did not approach me, remained at a distance, avoided eye contact, and provided vague responses. I was expecting him to come closer and engage directly to address my questions. The interaction felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from a supervisor in a customer-facing role. I appreciated her assistance, but the supervisor’s communication and customer service need improvement.

  It’s very bad experience with this FedEx because my friend send me parcel at 1jan 2026 and still I didn’t receive this parcel i try to connect with them so many times but they never respond me also i mail to FedEx but still i have no update regarding my shipment
