  Not very long if a wait in line. The gentleman working was very helpful and made sure my package was scanned and that I received a receipt for my drop off.

  Shipping can be very frustrating, the manager Carrie and her entire staff make it easier. Carrie can always find an answer to my questions.

  Leaving this review because Carrie was so helpful! I needed an express print job and when she wasn't able to answer my call, she called me back to get it sorted and did so quickly. It was very much appreciated!

  I visited this FedEx location around 2 PM to print several project documents. The lady who assisted me was courteous, accommodating, and helpful. However, my interaction with the supervisor was disappointing. When I asked to speak with him regarding a few questions, he did not approach me, remained at a distance, avoided eye contact, and provided vague responses. I was expecting him to come closer and engage directly to address my questions. The interaction felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from a supervisor in a customer-facing role. I appreciated her assistance, but the supervisor’s communication and customer service need improvement.
