  Extremely disappointing experience with FedEx. The employee working at this location was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. There was a serious issue with my shipment because the delivery address was incorrect. Instead of helping resolve the problem or allowing me to properly verify the address, she provided very little assistance and treated me as if my concerns were not important. This was not a minor issue — my package was delivered to a completely different address, and it is a very important package to me. When I tried to get help, the employee’s attitude was unacceptable and completely inappropriate for someone dealing with customers. I cannot personally prove that the incorrect address was entered intentionally, so I will not make that accusation as a fact. However, the circumstances and the employee’s refusal to properly address the situation left me seriously concerned about how my shipment was handled. FedEx should take this complaint seriously, review what happened, and investigate the handling of the shipment and the customer’s address information. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially when FedEx has made a serious delivery error. I would strongly encourage FedEx management to review this employee’s conduct and the circumstances surrounding this delivery.

  staff was incredibly rude and talking badly about customers still in the store behind the counter. whoever the older white lady is needs to be fired asap.. and should seek a career path that’s not customer service. yikes

  Mean employee woman shoved another customers undeliverable package in my face and claimed it was mine and that I couldn’t ship it. She had funky breath too all in my face. Other employee lady was laughing behind desk. Very rude will be shipping elsewhere

  Don’t normally leave reviews but this store needs to work on their customer service and urgency. There’s no reason why I should be waiting 15+ mins when I’m just trying to RETURN an item which literally took 3 minutes by the way. It was the waiting that was ridiculous. Hire better employees Fed Ex.😂😂
