  I received no greetings from the workers and when I requested assistance, they acted as though I was inconveniencing them. As an out-of-town visitor, this FedEx location on Euclid presents a negative image of Ohio and the University.

  Easily the best service I’ve ever gotten from an any shipping service location. In town visiting. Had a critical shipment to get out but needed quite a few things printed. Store Manager Shawn could not have been more patient and helpful. Subsequently, had to return two days later for a similar urgent issue. Once again, great service.

  I received HORRIBLE service today at FedEx, 11111 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH. "Bob" tried to bully me, yelled at me to "GET OUT" Called me "NASTY" and threatened to call the police on me.... WHAT FOR???? I do not know.... i never expected to say these things about FedEx.... i thought this was a top tier company..... but they evidently hire low brow peopl e. I was overcharged and I fully expect to receive a refund. What a nightmare this has been?.. Not doing business wth them again....ever.
