  Counting my wifes this is today the fourth phone I have purchased from Dean at this store. The first time was when I was taking a trip to South Dakota to spend the summer with my children and grandchildren. The carrier I was using at the time had ZERO and I'm not exaggerating zero coverage anywhere in the state. It is a nationwide carrier with a well known name. Cricket has it covered and in the end for a better price because their price is what you pay not a bunch of tax and stuff added. Dean made that first changeover fast and painless and I was amazed at the attentive quality customer service I received. Today when I wanted my third new phone he showed me many models and brands explaining them in language I could understand. The changeover was again swift and easy.   Ive had cricket for year and it seems like there only getting better. I only come to the Pearlbrook location and deal ONLY with Dean hes always so kind to me..
