  I visited this location recently to upgrade my old phone and was helped by Katherine. Katherine was very friendly and gladly answered any questions I had as this was my first time upgrading a phone. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and she got me in and out in a timely fashion. I definitely can't recommend this location enough. Service was great.

  Had some issues with my phone and after several hours over several days of talking to customer care with no resolution or even advice, I went to this store and got the help I needed. Heaven is a wonderful worker, professional, kind, and patient. I cannot recommend this location enough if you’re having issues.
