  I went to look for some parts for my vehicle, and the person who helped Wilfredo was so rude and unreasonable. He treated me as if I were stupid and even mocked me along with another young man who spoke Spanish, acting as though I didn't know what I was looking for. It was a truly unpleasant and disgusting experience; I will never go back to that store, not even if it were the last one left. I asked to speak to the manager, and he told me *he* was the boss, displaying a sense of self importance. I am definitely never returning to that shop.

  I cannot recommend this location enough! We have been struggling to fix a problematic rear windshield wiper for months, and Wilfredo was the one who finally made it happen. His customer service was truly exceptional. He didn't just help us find the part; he assisted us through the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure we understood every detail. He even made sure we knew the importance of keeping the receipt for the warranty. The entire staff was amazing, but Wilfredo deserves special recognition for his patience and high level of care. Everyone there deserves a high five for their hard work. If you want outstanding service, this is the team to see!

  I came to get a scented tree for my vehicle, Jose was extremely helpful in helping me·locate exactly what I wanted, unfortunately they were all out of Wolf Howling at the Moon scented trees... so more of an issue with corporate not having the variety ALIENS need... but Jose was amazing! 10 out of 10 cosmic experience!
