  This is the best store; I had never stopped here before, but I made a visit because a part I needed was only available at this location. Since then, I go there for everything, brake pads, oil and filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs. Not to mention the service and the employees' friendliness; it really is the best Advance Auto in the area. The young man who helped me, Noel (he’s Puerto Rican), is always helpful and never gets a part , wiper or light bulb wrong. I’ve gone there on several occasions with different vehicles for wipers and batteries, and he never misses a beat he makes sure it’s the right part and that it’s installed correctly, and he is very polite. There is also a young woman (I think her name is Kalysha or Kaleysha), who is super friendly and helpful, too. They always go the extra mile; they are attentive and make the visit a pleasant experience.

  I went to Advance Auto Parts today on 140th for the 1st time, I had to get some things for my vehicle and had a very pleasant experience. The manager Stephanie was so nice and seemed to know what she was doing, she helped me pick out so fuel cleaner and a few other items. She was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store from now on!!

  I went there to return a part that I bought the same day, it happened to be the wrong one for my car. They not only didn’t return the part and told me to trash it, which I did, but the African American associate also insulted me by constantly yelling at me and telling me how it would be unprofitable for the business to return a $30 part, and somehow it wasn’t their problem. The money meant nothing, but the mental stress and injustice was quite significant.

  Estoy encantada con el muchachito nuevo su nombre es Wilfredo cadaves que voy me a tiende con amor y una inteligencia en su trabajo con aceites hasta rotor y bandas de frenos pa mi carro y un sensor que nesesitava. Cadaves que voy solamente voy donde el nadie más porque tuve problemas con un moreno bajito llamado Devon y mientras estaba en la línea esperando le daba actitud a los clientes dos se fueron de la tienda y yo me fui porque me disgusted con lo que vi siempre que voy ese Devon tiene actitud y a hecho muchos clientes hirse de la tienda no entiendo porque sigue trabajando ahi pero desde que llego este muchacho nuevo Wilfredo vengo cuando el esta y no paso mar momentos se lo recomiendo a todos que vallan donde el. Si lo ponieran en la calle 117 fuera mejor porque me queda más serca pero fue lo mejor que hicieron fue traer ese muchacho a esa tienda y encantada estoy con el servicio que da al cliente.

  Wilfredo was a lovely guy help me a lot with choosing my oil and breaking down detail by detail with the bundle up to having a speed perk account so I could get free coupons and my receipt in email I’m so glad that the store GM choose him for his store because I had issues in the pass but with him make me feel welcome again I’m sure going back again only to him because he know his stuff. Thank you again Wilfredo so much!!!
