  My order was completely wrong and missing most of what I paid for. I ordered a 6-piece wing meal with a side of carrots, but I only received the carrots and fries. The fries were cold as ice, and there were no wings anywhere in the bag. My drink was also missing. On top of that, there was sauce residue all over the inside and outside of the bag. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering how much of my order was missing. I would expect my food to arrive complete, hot, and properly packaged

  I went in to go get food and it was a little busy so I tried to get the Manager attention and blatantly ignored me after asking for a response three times and still blatantly ignored me like I wasn’t there as he greeted somebody else. there was only one employee in that entire building that actually looked like they were doing something and was kind atmosphere was horrible

  awful experience unfortunately, tried ordering delivery twice, was missing our ranch both times and had missing and incorrect items more than once to the point that we gave up and had to eat what we got. definitely would go somewhere else, wing stop ranch is my favorite, i was so hungry and disappointed. lol

  Then close the dine in area by 9:30pm and they mention it that they close the lobby by 10 pm. Should give respect to the customers!!!
