    Food was hard and stale the employee named Taylin gave us our food and the dude was just standing there on the phone not helping her or us. Really wish I could have a refund I couldn’t eat it.

    I knew when I received my food after 5 minutes that it was going to be cold. This is the first time at this location and I love wingstop and every place I go I know that its gonna take a minimum of 20 minutes to receive my food because it is made to order and comes out piping hot. When she handed it to me I saw a basket full of wings and no orders so every one after me probably received cold food as well. Wings were cold tenders were cold and fries were cold.

    *DELIVERY DRIVERS PICKING UP FOOD DELIVERY ORDERS BEWARE* I am an UberEats delivery driver. I came to this location twice for two pickups in the last month. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The employees working at this location need severe attitude adjustments. The first occurrence I was told the delivery order was already picked up. I pressed the gentleman working behind the counter that this cannot be the case, because the customer messaged me and said that multiple drivers showed up for the pickup and cancelled. Those drivers cancelled because the LYING and LAZY staff LIED to every single driver with the same message that the order was already picked up. The customer confirmed with me she never received the order! After I left the store the gentleman I spoke with gave me a dirty look- I know this because my friend was with me sitting in the passenger seat- she saw everything. The second time I arrived I did receive the order- however, the girl working REFUSED to give me the drink that the customer ordered. You cannot make this up. Try explaining this to the customer. It was a lot of fun. Lost my money and my rating suffered because of it. I pressed the girl working that there was a drink with the order and she just flat out ignored me. Then she finally came back and said "we don't have it." You cannot give me another drink/any drink at all? Talk about lying! Delivery drivers get blamed when orders are wrong/items are missing. TO FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS- DO NOT come to this location for food deliveries. If you are lucky enough to receive the order, something will be missing/wrong and you will suffer once the customer receives it. OR- you may not receive anything! I have experienced both.
