  Jess was my UPS Staff Member. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Jess seemed competent and efficient by asking direct pertinent questions. She was patient and resourceful regarding questions I asked. The transaction was very timely.

  It’s as if this business is my own print and package hub—-bar none, Nadine is one of the best employees at this location. She takes personnel attention for every transaction and task, be it from copies to made or Amazon return issues ! What a breath of fresh air to get this kind of service time after time! Please thank her!

  Bailey G was super professional and pleasant from the time I entered the store until I left. She helped me with returning packages and labels I needed with materials i was missing. The store was really busy and Bailey made sure I was attended to while helping others. Bailey was fantastic and went above and beyond for me

  The in store customer service rep didn’t answer my questions, joked about the name of the person I was sending a package to, and lied about sending me a confirmation email. The store manager said to me,”this isn’t a free service”, regarding sending my confirmation number to my email for tracking purposes. Both were rude and didn’t know how to do their jobs. Many customers in line also stated how rude, unprofessional, lacked knowledge of their jobs. I don’t recommend going to this store.
