  If you have Amazon returns, do not come here. They will charge you $1.50 for a shipping label even though it says free on Amazon.. just another company trying to nickel and dime customers. Just imagine if they did that 1 million times how much money they would make off people. What a joke.go to Staples 100 percent free.

  Just tried to drop off an Apple Watch a guest left in the hotel with a pre-printed label the guest paid for but was told I would need to buy a roll of bubble wrap and a box which would cost about an additional 10.00!!!! There is a literally a spindle of bubble wrap at the front counter!! I asked what that spindle is used, the girl at the counter had no response. The lack of customer service and help is really sad. So I had to reach out to the guest and let them know I would have to mail it the next day as now I am headed to get a box and some inexpensive bubble wrap from somewhere else. UPS…. Do better!
