I visited this UPS store to pick up a package. After showing my ID when requested, I held the package while the clerk scanned it, then left without saying anything. As I was walking out, the clerk loudly called me "rude."
I didn’t say or do anything disrespectful; I simply quietly followed the process and left.
I returned inside to speak with the manager and to file a formal complaint. I looked at the clerk and asked why he said I was rude. There was a long pause because he couldn’t explain how I was being rude—especially since I didn’t say anything.
He then falsely accused me of "snatching" the package, which isn’t true. He never touched or held the package; I waited for it to be scanned, picked it up, and left. There was no justification for his claim, and I was disappointed with how the situation was handled.
The clerk’s outburst was unwarranted, and when I spoke to the manager, she admitted the clerk was wrong but said nothing further would be done. I was not trying to get anyone fired, the manager laughed in my face and said the clerk would still have a job after my compliant. I again explained I am not here to get anyone fired. I also reminded her that she was a witness. I was never able to file a complaint So I WILL do it here. Just wanted to file a simple written complaint about the unprofessional behavior. Overall, I was disappointed by their refusal to address clear misconduct.
PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT ANTAGONIZE PATRONS OF YOUR STORE! I PUCKED UP MY PROPERTY QUIETLY AND DID NOT DESERVE YOUR AGGRESSION AND ACCUSATION.

Worst UPS store. One would assume that if their hours were posted they would actually be there on time. Most of the time when I show up I have to wait 15 minutes or more for them to open the store. Many people come and sit and wait and finally leave. If you don't want to wait, wait about a half an hour after they're posted hours. Employees just don't want to show up on time.
Convenient, always able to take care of my shipping needs.

The store has been closed, reopened and then closed again several times with no notice in the past week and a half due to botched renovation work currently happening.
We dropped off multiple air shipments when they were open and they have not gone out for DAYS, possibly because the owner doesn't want to pay people to come unlock the pods and allow UPS to actually pick up packages?
This is entirely unacceptable service quality. If the store is going to be closed for renovations, it needs to stay closed, and not be half open accepting packages that won't get picked up for days.
